We measure the success and effectiveness of our insourcing solutions through various metrics, including your objectives & outcomes defined at the outset. Others include cost savings, productivity improvements, customer satisfaction, patient satisfaction and overall business impact. We regularly evaluate and review our performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Our insourcing company sets itself apart through the provision of wraparound care. We sign data protection agreements before using our own systems to maximise efficiencies, whilst still keeping local systems up to date. We allow you to leverage the technological innovations that the local systems are not yet able to implement. We are not a locum agency. We take responsibility for every aspect of the pathway. We can offer full service solutions or hybrid models (depending on requirements) to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, setting them up for long-term success and growth.

We have a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist telephone line that is monitored 7 days a week. Patients are informed of this number on an information leaflet provided to them post surgery. Standard practice is that we do not employ clinical staff to work for TSC for the same trust you are employed by. Under certain circumstances, the trust will request this and TSC will make an exception. Our preference is to source staff that come from adjacent trusts that are not experiencing similar pressures. This way we can ensure that we are not solving problems in one trust at the expense of another.
