NHS IMPACT aims to embed learning and improvement, emphasising the importance of collaboration.

The Surgical Consortium can play a vital role across integrated care systems by leveraging its expertise and leaving behind a legacy of efficiency and impact. We routinely contribute to shared learning between Trusts, highlighting the potential of provider collaborations as a solution to the challenges faced by the NHS.
