If your CV meets the criteria for the clinical positions at The Surgical Consortium, you may be invited to participate in an interview.
Following a successful interview and by mutual agreement, you'll receive an invite to commence with the compliance checks.
We take compliance seriously but try to make it as efficient as possible. Using our compliance system, you will be prompted to provide & evidence certain details. We are on hand to ensure any questions are promptly answered.
You'll receive a contract outlining your role, benefits, rates and obligations. You will need to sign this before you are able to work.
Once you have signed your contract, you will be added to our rota management system where you can claim shifts, specify your availability, communicate with the other clinicians and our internal teams.
Our rota management application will give you everything you need to work a shift with us. We also have a clinical coordinator available on the day to introduce you to the team and support you on your first day.
