Insourcing solutions to reduce patient waiting times

We deliver fully utilised services, ensuring a flexible and adaptive workforce that provides caring, human healthcare.

We work alongside trusts to provide cost-effective insourcing solutions through a full range of services

Within fallow theatre times, we provide outpatient & surgical services, supported by comprehensive administrative support included within a discounted tariff; meaning we only charge for the work undertaken and do not charge for DNAs or any other support services.

How do we do this?

We offer a wide range of clinical specialties and wraparound care support services within our innovative insourcing model.

Personal patient treatment plans

You provide us with the patient treatment list (PTL), which we bring into our GDPR compliant systems. We then develop personal treatment plans for each patient according to their urgency and your objectives.

Cutting-edge technology

We leverage cutting edge technology to efficiently triage patient lists, design treatment plans and allocate the most effective teams. With clear & concise communication and allowing patients to digitally manage their appointments, we have successfully reduced DNAs to below 1%.

Highly-skilled staff & GIRFT-aligned pathways

All our staff are all highly-skilled with a strong work ethic. Our pathways are GIRFT-aligned and we accommodate valuable insight from our experienced consultants to ensure maximum theatre efficiency from the oftentimes limited resources. We specialise in high-impact over a short period of time.

Full administrative support

Including patient booking, communications, letters and data capture, our aim is to completely remove the administrative burden whilst working with a trust, and to leave no legacy after we are gone.

Benefits of working with us

We have experience in implementing safe, innovative patient care pathways, utilising facilities in large hospitals as well as within the community such as GP surgeries and community hospitals.

High-impact reduction in waiting times

Medical insourcing initiatives utilise fallow capacity. By efficiently managing resources, insourcing can streamline the pathway, ensuring timely access to medical services and reducing the burden on your trust. We are able to run multiple concurrent treatment lists safely to deal with an immediate pressure, supplemented by diagnostic support to visibly shorten the patient pathway.

Improved quality of care with strong governance

Our insourcing initiatives uphold high standards of medical excellence, leading to better patient outcomes and satisfaction. Our clinical leads attend the appropriate MDTs and engage with the local governance policies, supplemented by our own stringent procedures.

Enhanced efficiency and cost savings

We only charge for the work completed and never charge for DNAs when we have control of the booking processes. This is all done at a generous discount against tariff and includes all the administrative & treatment activities, allowing you to quantify the value by patient treatment episodes.

No legacy admin or clinical burden

We aim to completely reduce the burden on local teams, whether admin or clinical. We keep local systems up to date, do not cherry-pick patients or specialties, and never leave a legacy of outstanding admin and patient follow-ups.

Engagement, transparency & flexibility

We engage with your senior management, service managers & local teams. By providing transparent & real-time access to progress metrics, budget spend & governance, we are able to manage your expectations and adopt a flexible approach to solving problems before the occur.
